Good experience, but the tracking updates could be better.
Wet the toothbrush bristles, apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste, and brush all surfaces of the teeth using gentle circular motions for about 2 minutes. Brush the tongue and inside of cheeks to remove bacteria. Replace the toothbrush every 3 months or when bristles fade and become frayed. Rinse the toothbrush thoroughly after each use.
