My dentist recommended these after having issues with my gums receding. They told me to try these (after a whole lot of other stuff) and if these didn’t work I would need to be referred to a gum specialist. Well, I started taking these at 2 per day at the recommendation of my dentist. 4 months later when I went for my checkup my hygienist was very impressed with how much better my gum health was. So I guess these really do work. I will say, I was hesitant to believe they could. I get the green apple and I think they are tasty! They don’t really have much of a smell. I take them in the morning with the rest of my pills so they are easy to remember! I have recommended these to so many people, I think they do really work!

Taste is good, Dissolves easily. My dentist suggested that I use this for my mouth. My only complaint with this is the cost. Seems to be expensive to me.

Bought these because our dental hygienist suggested these. Taste fine, dissolve fine. Don’t see any difference whatsoever in anything. For the money spent we expected to see SOMETHING. Won’t be buying again. Much too expensive.
