OGENERAL best AC
I had purchased this AC to replace my Daikin AC after so many times leakage issue. This AC cooling temperature has been set at 30 even though it's cooling is better than my old daikin AC 26 degree temp.

AC performance and customer service
I have used many ACs of good brand in past then i got to know that O General is considered best in ACs segment so this time i thought to spend more money with assumptions of getting better product. Sharing my own experience on this brand ACs i had taken1. Just After completion of 1 year, warranty ends and AC cooling coil damaged with multiple holes in only 1 year for one of the ACs2. I called up their service dealer, as per him the coils are being used are very low in quality now a days. So it happens.3. When i checked on the price of coil replacement, i was told almost the double rate (15 k to 16 k) than any other brand coil charges4. I had left with no option than to replace the coil, i checked the warranty of new coil and gas leakage, i was told by their service person 1 year5. I thought to replace it with new basis warranty suggested.6. I was surprised that they didn’t have part available and they replied after so many days that they will arrange something which took them almost 10 days to arrange7. Now new surprises come when coil comes to home, it was not a sealed packed material not dispatched from their inventory but it was an open up material from any new AC of them and even damaged at many places on fins.8. Next surprise comes when i again rechecked to Company’s area manager on warranty communicated to me, area manager told me how can dealer give 1 year warranty, it’s only 1 month. This was after paying him huge amount of replacement.After all this mess up, i wrote the mail to their customer care team mentioned on website which is never available on phone call to discuss even if you call 100 timesThey generally send automated reply that mail has been forwarded to concernNo concern person calls at their endThis is how the most expensive AC manufacturer, an MNC servesThis i my personal and worst experience i ever faced in any other ACs i hv used till dateOnly oneway, no one to take accountability of faulty things
