Great Kettle, Works Perfectly
This kettle heats up quickly, looks great on the counter, and is easy to use. The built-in thermometer is a nice touch, and the handle stays cool while pouring. The stainless steel interior feels durable, and the auto shut-off function is a useful safety feature. It’s easy to clean, and so far, it’s been reliable. Definitely a good buy!

Amazing product

Good customer service
Originally purchased October 8, 2024 and it stopped working after two and half months. The seller exchanged it even though it was past the window for returns which I greatly appreciate. I have received the replacement unit and so far it is working great. It looks great and boils quickly.

⸻ Disappointed with Quality – Murky Water, Loose Particles, and Now Mold
I’ve been using this kettle daily and followed all the instructions for cleaning it properly, including using lemon juice multiple times. Despite my efforts, I started noticing a lot of loose particles floating in the water and a consistent murky appearance, no matter how many times I rinsed or cleaned it.Now, to make matters worse, I’ve spotted mold forming on the bottom base inside the kettle. This is after making sure the water was either used up or emptied and the kettle was cleaned every single day. I have no idea where the mold is coming from, but it’s alarming and clearly not safe.This is frustrating and concerning, especially for a product that comes in contact with drinking water. I expected better quality and hygiene from this brand. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this kettle due to these serious issues.
