Giving 1 star because of no option very bad even worst product very costly but no value for money very cheap quality and low quality leather. Leather is started to tearing from the top front side in after just one week of normal use never buy it so disappointed.

Shoes came in individually wrapped shoe bags. Look and feel is good. Satisfied with the product. Will write detailed review after use. Adding usage review: Shoe feels comfortable for 7-8 hour wear in office. Light walking 1500-2000 steps, everyday. Feels nice and smooth. Doesn’t get wrinkle marks that easily on the usual spots. Leather cushion inside feels premium. Sole gives good grip. Doesn’t slip easily on tile flooring. Laces are too tight in the eyelets. 4 star out of 5.
