I used this product for the first time last night and omg, last night was the first time I was able to sleep without night sweats and hot flashes. The product is lightweight, smooth, easy to rub in and lightly scented. Product works as described.

This is a very quality natural wild yam cream with progesterone. I absolutely love this cream! The lotion is creamy and smooth! It absorbs nicely. Not sticky at all! It took away my cramps as well as lifted my energy level during that time of the month! I only used a pea size amount on various areas of my body. I will definitely always have this on hand for those painful times of the month! I swear by this product!

I’m still on my first jar , but so far I think I see results. Still giving it time to take to see more results. Will definitely be buying again

This cream is pretty special—quality ingredients at a great price. I prefer to keep my self-care as natural as possible, and I feel confident that is what I am getting with this cream. I am finding that it truly does help to alleviate some menopausal symptoms.

No safety seal, arrived in non descript box shipped from N&A Corporate (different from listed seller). Looks like there was a seal at one time, but that the product is used. Jar isn’t full either. I expect some room for an air bubble but not 1/3 of the product missing. I can’t use it and it’s non returnable, so buyer beware.The product smells great, but I question its quality and safety.

Great product

It's not going to work over night....but I applied 2x daily for 3 weeks and then was surprised when I started my cycle without the usual excruciating cramps. When I was younger my period cramps weren't too bad, but when I turned 40...I had to cancel all plans the day of starting the pain had become that bad. My flow has become much lighter too!! The only thing different was I started using this wild yam cream and a women's probiotic. Not saying it'll work for everyone but it's worth a try!!
