Q: Are both ends of the belt rubber??

they are like leather. Has stood up pretty well so far (2yrs)

Q: how big of a difference is adult and youth? I have some bigger girls on our softball team... ordering bulk and wanted to make sure?

These are fairly small. Great size for my 7 year old, but getting small for my 9 year old. (In fairness, my 9-year-old is about the size of most 11/12-year-olds)

Q: Is the pink more of a neon or a fushia???

the color of the belt is just like the picture just blow it up on the screen it is not neon and not dark enough to be fushia it is inbetween lt pink and fushia

Q: how wide is the metal parts. Will it goes through the loops of youth size small pants?

Not sure how wide the metal parts are but this belt worked with all my son's youth small & medium pants.
