I avoided trying this product for a while after I received it because, although the listing said it is an exfoliating gel, the actual package says it's for skin "whitening." I don't want to "whiten" my facial skin; my own warm medium-fair skin tone is fine. But read in context with the instructions -- which clearly describe using the product to exfoliate -- and with the listing's comments as well, I think maybe this is a translation issue and the manufacturer really meant to say that the product is "brightening." (There are other translation issues -- the package also says it will "peel old horniness"!)Anyway, I got my courage up and have been using it now for a few weeks. It has not "whitened" my skin, but it has "brightened" it. It's a clear gel with a pleasing light citrus scent. You rub it on with your fingers and, even though there are no perceptible grains in the product, after massaging it in for a while you can begin to feel little balls of rubbed-off skin. Like every other exfoliator I've used, it does leave a little residue behind, but I remove this with my normal hypoallergenic facial cleanser.I like the results. My skin looks and feels brighter and smoother. A good product -- the instructions just need some editing!

This skin whitening exfoliating gel smells just like orange creamsicles. It is a clear gel, with no signs of exfoliation beads of any kind that I could feel or see.I am trying it out on my armpits as my face is not in need of whitening. I will have to update at a later date if it actually makes any difference in the coloring of my armpits.I did have a couple of ingrown hairs starting to form, and after using this and a little bit of rubbing with my towel after the shower and those hairs came free.
