I’ve been using these capsules for just over a month and I’m finding them a great addition to my supplement routine.My skin is feeling softer and fuller and just looks healthier and more energised. The recommended dose is two a day so its a months supply. I am in my 50s now and my skin is showing it so I wanted to try natural products to help me look fresh As collagen products will normally be animal derived, I am limited on what i am prepared to use. These do seem to be helping.

I didn’t know what to expect from this product but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. My nails, usually dry and slow growing, have improved and my hair seems to be in better condition. No problems swallowing the capsules. I’m past the menopausal stage but I’m happy to have found something useful at my age. Only been using them for a month so I’ll carry on. I would recommend them.

This is a pot of 60 capsules of vitamins and minerals with the addition of other supplements aimed at maintaining a healthy skin and glow through menopause.The pot arrived well protected, the cap had a seal inside for freshness and safety and the capsules are medium in size and easy to swallow.Reading the list of ingredients though I am really surprised at the claims made my reviewers that these capsules have worked any sort of miracles on their skin and am taking them with great interest to find out for myself. The quantities of vitamins and other additions are very low. For example only 2mg of CoEnzyme Q10.But we'll see. No side affects so far and I will return with an update when the capsules run out.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m so pleased with these tablets. The difference in my skin and nails is really noticeable. I’m just really really pleased.
