I am a bigger person, and laying on this does not give me the proper height that i need in the neck and head area. So, I use this with another pillow on top to give my specific form the support it needs for comfort. The memory foam is soft and feels great. I love the washable cover, but still put another pillow case over for extra cleanliness protection.

I received this pillow for free as part of the Amazon Vine program, and first of all, can we just celebrate the fact that it’s KING size? Finally, a pillow that understands my need to sprawl! When I first took it out of the box, I thought, “Oh no, this is way too soft.” It looked like it was going to turn into one of those squishy, shapeless clouds that disappear under your head. Well, I’m happy to say I was completely wrong. Despite its soft appearance, this pillow is actually quite solid and firm in all the right ways. It cradles my head perfectly and doesn’t flatten out overnight. I’m not sure if the contour shape is some kind of pillow wizardry or just a design choice, but whatever it is, it works. I’ve slept on my back, side, and stomach, and it somehow manages to keep me comfortable no matter how much I toss and turn. I’ve tried a lot of pillows in my quest for the perfect one, and this is easily a favorite. It’s like the Goldilocks of pillows—just right. Whether it’s the magic contour or the fact that it’s king-sized, I’m sold. My neck thanks me, my head thanks me, and I’m pretty sure I’ve found my pillow soulmate.

Good packaging. Care instructions on the box. Out of the box the pillow unrolled quickly and formed its unique shape. There was no noticeable smell. At 32" long, these are big king pillows, which I like. I like a firm pillow. This pillow, at first, did not seem firm enough. I tried it anyway. After 4 nights, I like this pillow. I sleep on both my side and back and I find myself falling asleep faster, and not waking up as much (my sleep function on my smartwatch confirms this). I like the lower middle part to align my neck. I like that one side is a half in higher than the other. I use the higher side. The memory foam is a bit hotter then my previous pillow which had foam chunks. When the pillow seems hot, I just slide it over a bit to a cool spot. I also put on cooling king sized pillow cases, which helps. Either end is useful for side sleeping so that my arm ends up not under the pillow, but just to the right or left. These pillows worked well and are well made. Update: After more nights on them and trying two other pillows. I am back to this one as the best and upped it to 5 stars. Also, my wife tried the pillow and liked it so we ordered another.
