Sometimes foam rollers can feel a little like Goldilocks looking for a place to sleep...too soft (and they fall apart), too firm (and they hurt more than they help) and then there's the one that is just right (like this one). This foam roller is firm and well made, the grooves really get in there to loosen up knots and massage nagging aches and pains and can be used in various applications. I haven't traveled with it, but it will fit in a carry on suitcase if you need to bring it with you. I use it a few times a week as part of a mobility routine to supplement my weight lifting program. Highly recommend.

The quality is average, and the color is bright and fun. It is pretty firm and sort of aggressive in texture somewhat. It allows for great stretching, adding space in the back. Some of the hurt is a good hurt, but sensitive skin might need to put a towel over it first. My husband did bruise from use. I prefer it more firm than floppy but maybe if a little more squish was added into it, it would be just the right material.

Great seller; item came quick! Unfortunately the foam roller is much harder than expected. Love the color & the different textures but it’s too hard & painful for me. I definitely recommend buying from this seller.
