As I am eating a lot of ramen these days, I want it to be completely healthy using organic vegetables,organic udon noodles and this marvelous healthy base. This base is delicious!

Kind of irritated that this was misleading, thought it was a concentrated soup base due to it saying to dilute, and it said nothing about servings. For the price to make just 2 bowls or 1 large bowl kind of off-putting.

This is probably the best Shoyu in a bottle I have found yet. If anyone knows of better, please reply. Although the label or description says use for 1 serving of a rich, flavorful broth or dilute for two, I tried it and it is too salty/strong for 1 serving. The bottle is 16oz and number of servings listed is 3 at 8oz each. So, add 8oz of water to make three servings or 2 larger ones. Definitely will order again.

Tastes great but it is only enough for one serving of ramen. Not worth paying $11 for the ramen broth.

This stuff is awesome. Add to rice noodles or ramen for more flavor

This product is good if you are ok with paying $12 for a single bowl of Ramen broth. If you dilute it to two servings it is not acceptable. It's my mistake for assuming this was concentrated like the other "professional base" broths I have purchased. I think they should either drop professional base from the description or be clearer this is not concentrated.

Great start to Raman noodle soup-you need to add other ingredients like miso and your favorite broths and proteins but this makes it a lot easier and it tastes great.

This is not good, when you add water it is tasteless, and if you don’t add water you pad $13. For a one time use? I would not buy it again. A waste! The flavor wasn’t good.
