Bring on the heat!
I'm not one for jerky and I'm not one for heat/spicy foods, but I did try one of these. It has just enough kick to add the flavor and these are actually larger sticks than others that I have purchased.

I ate 10 sticks, didn't chip a single tooth.
Flavor: Good.I have polished off the pack of 10 over 10 days and didn't get tired of them.I tried them at Room Temp and Refrigerated, and I gotta say they are better Refrigerated. They are hotter flavored at Room Temp, but Refrigerated seems to mellow out the heat. These also have a definite Brown Sugar/ Molasses sweetness.Out of 10 sticks 2 had bone fragments, (about the size of a rice grain), not a big deal for a carnivore like me, but some will find it a turnoff. The main bag is easy to open. The individual sticks are ridiculously difficult to open, they just don't tear open straight from either end. I usually need three tries to get it torn down. While the taste and texture of the stick are good, I would expect and easier to open package and no bone fragments from a product in this price range. It's priced pretty high compared to other meaty treats.I Hope My Review And Pictures Were Helpful To You !!

The Best Beef Stick, Despite (3) Alarm Heat; Love The Sweetness; Adore How Soft; Bone Fragments Hit.
Difficult start to this. The stick’s plastic sleeve is ridiculously difficult to open, despite it otherwise looking like a typical beef stick package, where I thought I could split the plastic at the top and peel down like a banana. Did not happen, for me, so I had to find some scissors to cut this open; once a stick is opened, there is no turning back, as cannot reseal.Contents.A stick of deep red typically seen in a beef stick.Texture? The stick does not wilt, it stands tall, despite it being incredibly soft to eat. The exterior and interiors are soft, soft, soft. I do “not” have to struggle to get a bite, nor struggle to chew. It’s lovely. The meat has texture, but is not like a sluice, rather, it’s near perfect.CautionI did bite down on a bone fragment on the second stick. That’s a negative.Taste.There is no accounting for taste. However, I thought these the best beef stick I have ever eaten, despite the three (3) alarm heat. Most beef sticks are more like jerky, texture wise, many are like eating old shoe leather, dry, hard to chew, or overly spicy without taste. These are incredibly soft, tasty, have just enough texture, and I love the sweetness, and accept the heat.Fire alarm hot?For me, three (3) star. How many can I eat at a time?I quickly ate two (2) despite the heat – which I really am not a fan of, not the heat from these sticks, rather all spicy meats.Size & WeightThe resealable bag measured about 11” x 6” x 1” and weighed in at about (12 ½ ) ounces. I think they make these sticks heavier than what the bag advertises as net 10 ounces, which is okay by me. The sticks were all consistent in sizes, at about 7” in length and ½” in diameter. Each weighed in near 1 ¼ ounces each. How many in a bag?Ten (10) sticks in a bag.Aroma?Sweet, spicy beef.Brand historyI am not familiar with this brand.Value? The price, at the time of this review, was competitive for a specialized beef stick snack.Added sugar?Yes, 4 grams of sugar, per serving. A serving is a beef stick. A teaspoon of sugar is 4 grams. So, in this skinny little stick, there is a teaspoon of sugar. Ouch, diabetics be aware. When did I get these?April 2024Expiration date? The only date I could find was March 2025.Storage?No mention whether this needs to be refrigerated, after being opened.Calories?Yes, of course, a serving, which is an ounce, is 60 calories, a third being from sugar.Country of origin?Made in the USA, hoorayBottom-line?Although not the healthiest food I am eating, and these have minor flaws, like (4) grams of sugar, a bone fragment, and difficult packaging, these are addicting. I rate these five (5) stars.I hope my thoughts added information.

Terrible texture
The flavor is good. Very sweet though. Not much heat. But the texture is horrible. No snap on the casing. The inside is too moist. Almost wet.

Large Size, Tender, Spicy
These jerky sticks are a great size, they are much bigger than your average beef stick. There is a lot of wasted packaging at the top of each stick, I'm not sure why it's so much, but it's longer than it needs to be. They are also pretty hard to open - they don't tear open easily. I do like that the bag they come is in resealable with the zip closure. The sticks are nice and tender, they are not hard to bite off and are not difficult to chew. They are very spicy to the two of us. We do like spicy food, but these have some heat that burns the throat. It says they are made with habanero peppers, which is not a pepper I associate with the Sweet Heat of Kansas CIty BBQ, so I wasn't expecting that. For us - it could be taken down a notch in the heat department.
