Ordered because the preview shows Dry cover, but what I received has soft cover. Have experienced similar issue with Whisper two times recently with other types of pads as well. The product is not returnable. It is almost like the money got wasted on this, because I did not want to buy this. Never going to buy this online again and may never buy Whisper products again if they stop manufacturing pads with dry cover.
