Kona Cotton Cabbage, Fabric by the Yard

Kaufman cotton fabrics are a very happy discovery for me. Tightly woven with vibrant colors. Maybe a tad thick for masks and quilting, but the quality is on point. So far all the colors are wash resistant.

I use this to make the inner layer of fabric masks. It is soft and finely woven and feels good against one’s face.

I love Robt Kaufman solids and ordered the sample pallet fabric swatch which is very helpful. This proved very useful in ordering this yummy pink Gumdrop yardage that was just what I wanted.

Looks like it was not covered or someone dropped it on the floor. No dirt where the clear covering was on it.It was dirty on both sides of the bolt. I washed it twice, still dirty. Lost about a half yard of usable fabric.
