My Pyle
My take on the 34" Pyle acoustic steel string guitar. This is my third Pyle acoustic guitar. I enjoy playing smaller guitars. I play mostly bluesy stuff with slides. My first and second Pyle guitars were acoustic electrics. Tried the 30" model. It was fine, but a bit tight in scale length. The shirt scale length also made slide playing more difficult than a longer axe. Slide placement had to be perfect. I enjoyed that little one while I had it, but did sell it. Then I ordered a full length Pyle acoustic electric. I believe it was a 41". On that one the built in tuner quit after a couple weeks. Everything else was, just fine. But, it was just too big. Sold it. I had already owned a 36" for like 13 years, and wanted to go a bit smaller. Hence, thus 34". I wanted an acoustic electric, but Amazon was out of the 34" Pyle. I am impressed with Pyle acoustics, and had looked at this 34". I order the black one. I am happy with this. I feel the size is the best compromise for me. It's good looking, compact, plays and sounds good. Two cons. 1. It's not an acoustic electric. Not really a negative, because I ordered it that way. 2. The strings are lower quality. The first set didn't last long. I'm using the second set now. After these I'll try install a better set. The tuners seem just fine. I have to tune it every time I play it. But, I keep it in my living room out in the open on a stand, windows open. I live in Hawaii, and this climate plays hell on the tuning of acoustic guitars. Every morning the guitar has gone sharp. Totally due to climate. The frets are just fine. Edges are not sharp, and the gap between frets and strings are fine. The gap is fine for both fingering, and slide work. If this had an active pickup with EQ, it would be perfect for me. Local guitar shop wants like $140 to install that. I'm afraid I'd screw it up if I tried it. So, I'll enjoy playing it as is. Oh, I consider myself a guitar hack, but have hacked guitars for about 46 years now.

Solid starter set
I am mostly familiar with Pyle's electronics, and have found them to be reliable and well priced so I took a shot with one of their instruments. This guitar and accessories are also a good price, and I think it is solid value for the money. The kit comes with everything a brand new guitar player would need and would make a good gift to a young person or someone who would like a more travel friendly guitar. I did have some buzzing from the second fret on first tune-up, and Pyle's support showed me how to adjust the truss rod with the provided Allen key. After that and a few more tunings it has started to stay in tune, this is expected as a new guitar settles in. The provided tuner is simple and works well, pretty intuitive. All in all I'm happy with this purchase.

Its Cool!!!
My 7 year old was so excited to see and play this guitar. The guitar was delivered with shipping stickers all over the box and a section of the box had ripped like it was grabbed and fell, not like it was opened. The guitar came separate from any other shipment and the packaging was obvious as to what was in it. I was grateful it was hand delivered instead of dropped on my porch so theives wouldn't see it and take it. My son got many compliments on how the guitar looked and sounded. It tuned easily and he can play it very easily. He is left handed but can play it right handed with no problems. I would have preferred a more durable storage case for the smaller sized guitar to keep it safer as my son carries it back and forth to lessons.

Perfect Plan
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son with the perfect plan to turn him into a child prodigy so I can retire early. This guitar sounds good and plays well. The craftmanship and material quality are on par with a great beginner guitar. It comes with a good assortment of accessories and extras. I feel like this was a great value especially if my master plan pays off and he can make enough money to support me in the long term.

New Year’s Resolutions Lasted Longer Than the Bag
The guitar itself was a wonderful Christmas present for my child. It was well-received, immediately used, and genuinely loved on Christmas morning. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the bag. It didn’t even make it to the New Year’s resolutions. By January 2nd, it had already given up. Normal use, nothing extreme—just everyday handling—and it was done. The guitar is still going strong, but the bag clearly had its own short-term holiday plan and exited the story early. Great gift overall, just be prepared to replace the bag almost immediately.

Backpack is garbage
The guitar is OK but the storage bag backpack is garbage use three times and on the third time zipper broke. Customer service said they couldn’t help me that they don’t have those and to purchase another one.

Made for an excellent gift!!
Got this for my girlfriend as she's only played ukulele so far, and this will be a perfect intro guitar! The color of the wood is very pretty while still being understated. The cutaway shape is really sharp looking, and the build quality is quite good. There are a few slightly rough spots on the fret board edges but they were easily knocked down. The tuner is always helpful, and the accessory kits are very useful. She was so happy to receive it!!

Pyle of DISAPPOINTMENT...
This manufacturer is pretty or miss with almost all of their products. For a long time they have been making electronics that seem ok but basically you end up with a Pyle of parts. This is NO exception. This is designed to pass the looks test, but look no further then that. Don't even pick it up. I even think the one I received has a ghost. It magically changed pitches all over the place, up & down the neck. The strings would sharpen & flatten as if possessed, but check the tuning of each of string & they were in the ballpark. I actually think frets are measured incorrectly, but tuning brings me to another point. The tuners also had a mind of their own. They would slip & like you were trying to break-in nylon strings except you are turning a steel string, yet nothing is happening, then wammo! The string jumps out tune. Even more oddly, it did the same thing tuning down, only in different intervals. Do NOT be fooled by shiny or, in this case, matte things! Hah. ... ... But seriously, I have been checking out all these very cheap beginner acoustics because I want one. I like the size & have been curious about the bottom end of the market, which has gotten way better for electrics btw. Acoustics have NOT caught up! ... So, my best advice, stick with a guitar maker that makes guitars! They all make something entry level these days that will be well worth the very comparable price.

Good for kids but not the 2 months free courses advertised
The guitar is fine for kids learning to play guitar. The tuner is very easy to use and accessories are fine. If you made your final decision to buy the guitar based on the free 2 months classes advertised don’t buy it. After reaching out to activate the free trial it is only a coupon for 40 dollars that gets you 1 class … It would encourage to update the picture and description on Amazon to avoid customers frustration in regards the guitar lessons.

I am thrilled with the quality of my new guitar. The sounds produced are literally music to my ears! Everything I needed was included at a very reasonable price.

Works perfect for adults 👌🏼
Nice quality and the size makes more comfortable to play with a smaller “box” when you’re beginner (my case). Also the “arm” of the guitar has the same lenght of the regular one. I fully recommend!

Great quality guitar
The delivery was faster than expected. My little Swiftie started to play after a little tuning. The quality of this guitar is perfect IMO, no scratches or "bad" borders as somebody said. The sound is excelent! The additional strings and some other stuff is nice to have.
