The down Side
This really works but I had to stop taking it because of the side effects it caused me too have dizziness lost of appetite it took away my strength I was weak in my left knee. I seriously had to force myself to eat small bites though out the day I fought my way back but my body didn't care for the 1000mg but it would of been nice if my system didn't reject it so always consult your physician.
