Unfortunately, I bought this about a month and a half ago maybe two months. I used it four or five times in the first two days of having it. It seemed to work for those two days. The next time that I went to go use it, it seemed as if it wasn’t working, and I realized the batteries were probably done for(even though I barely used it at all). I said it back down and went about my day because I was busy. I just tried to use it and remember the batteries were dead so I put brand new batteries into it. Unfortunately, at this time, even with brand new batteries in it, it does not work. For something that I not only barely used, but also put up where it would be protected to ensure nothing could happen to it, I’ve unfortunately Been granted the bad luck of this one just being faulty. When going to get product support, I clicked on the link and it brought me to a page that said I was no longer on a secure site and that it was possibly mirroring to steal my information. I closed out the page so it did not go any further. Instead of using the link, I sent my own email with their support email. I am currently waiting for a response as to what the company will possibly do for us. I will edit my update.

These are the best! It even kills wasps. There was one inside my bathroom and I used this to zap it. It’s great to use at ballparks too or any outdoor activities. Battery lasts a long time too.

its okay but not that different than other products. recommend other stronger one.

This may be cheap but it works well even on small flies like fruit flies. I went around zapping flies I saw in the apartment and on the enclosed porch. My nephew was around and saw me and asked to try. I warned him that if he zapped anything other then flies I would take it away. He ran around for hours trying to find flies to zap! I bought another and will probably buy more. 1 per room during the summer and 1 per person when we have BBQs outside. This thing is great! ZAP ZAP ZAP!!!!

It works. Zap the mosquito and get peace for the night
