P30i Nasal Pillows Replacement Cushion for P30i Medium, Ultra-Compact Cradle for Comfortable Wearing

I use a ResMed Airfit N30i Small Wide. The problem I have with that pillow mask is I’m uncertain if it’s properly positioned in opening of my nares. I was very hesitant in purchasing this kind of mask with this nasal prongs type, but I was so desperate to try. I’ve only been using my CPAP for 3 weeks now, and I love it. I’m determined to keep using it. But I don’t want to change my head gear to the non-pillow nasal mask because of the tubing situation. I much prefer the head gear where the tubing is situated on top of my head vs. the elephant trunk style gear. To conclude, I’ve only been using this for a few nights now and definitely a much better alternative than the nasal pillow mask without the prongs. It firmly attaches to my nares, it’s soft since it’s silicone and not rigid (at least the one that I got). I got the small one (I use a small wide for the N30i) and it fits perfectly. However, if you’re the type of person who moves around a lot, the nasal prongs may come off (just like any other nasal mask you use). It does come off especially when I’m restless in bed, but most of the time it stays on and I don’t feel any leaks. The only time it leaks is when it’s completely off of my nose. Recommend trying especially if you like the head gear but do not like the nasal mask that the AirFit N30i comes with.

Perfect dupe in both quality and function for the OEM consumable. It's sad that so many of us in the US need to hunt down our own medical supplies, but this is a good product for those of us in this position.

This is an okay replacement to the p30i. Same shape and material feel. Same quietness. Little more air flow out of the diffuser. the resmed p30i has a dual wall in the nasal pillows that help with maintaining a seal preventing the silicon from collapsing in on itself, this brand has a single wall which is prone to collapsing if you pull your mask tight or the pillow is at a weird angle in your nostril. I added a picture showing the resmed version and this brand, you can see the nasal pillow wall difference.

Best ever! much better than resmed. Resmed hurt and irritated my nose and under my nose so bad because resmed is to firm and hard in spots and I had the correct size but it was still so uncomfortable. I’ve tried others as well, but this one is the only one that is so comfortable I don’t even know it’s there. It’s so soft and fits so good no leaks not even if I turn on my side. I can’t say enough good things about this nasal pillow and it’s well worth every penny! It’s so easy to clean and re-use over and over. Love the fact it doesn’t have the “material type filter” makes them last a lot longer with such ease to clean. I will be ordering more for sure.

Was hard for me to use. Maybe it was me. I gave up on that CPAP mask.
