Sturdy and good quality!
Love this. My truck has a lift…got this to drop the bike rack down so I can load my heavy e-bike. It’s still a heavy lift but this conversion makes it possible for me to load it by myself.

Customer Service, Excellent
We made our concerns to the manufacturer right after we received the order (missing parts). We provided our receipt and whatnot to them to ensure we ordered the right item.We heard nothing from them after we exchanged couple emails. We don't know what we should do with the useless hitch.To our astonishment, we received an email from the manufacturer Customer Service Manager stating they will send us a brand new order and we do not need to return the existing hitch to them.They even expedit the order to us that we received the order on the following day. Follow up emails to ensure we receive order in good condition.Honestly we didn't expect the manufacturer will go this far to correct the mistake they made. This is much appreciated.
