I have tried a lot of sugar alternatives, and this is by far my favorite. There is absolutely no bitter aftertaste or weird cooling effect that you get with other brands. This is a great sweetener for my morning coffee and it works perfectly in baking, too. It measures just like sugar, which makes swapping it into recipes super easy. If you want to cut sugar without losing the taste, this is the one to buy.

This is good for if you have a a problem using regular sugar. There is no after taste. Good for baking.

Since Costco no longer carries this item, I bought it from Amazon. It's a bit pricey, as expected, but cheaper than Lacanto, which is also a very good product. This measures, pours and sweetens well, as expected.

Taste delicious!!! Just switched to this from stevia in the raw fur a cleaner sugar substitute.

No after taste and best value

Good Value for a good (healthier than most artificial) sweetener. Grocery stores are often more expensive than getting this via Prime. The package actually reseals, which isn't always the case with resealable packaging. The plastic is also kinda rigid which makes it easy to sprinkle directly from the package. I like the coarser texture, too -- it's not a powder per se.

Great sugar substitute, but the grains take a while to resolve. Tastes like sugar and is a much healthier solution.

I'm trying to get off using standard granulated sugar. We can't avoid it completely, but erythiritol, despite it's chemical-y sounding name, is a good alternative for a substitute for some things. I love to bake and I don't skimp or substitute much, so I can't comment on replacing this for sugar in a baked good or the ability to substitute this out for regular sugar in a recipe. However, I did make a friend some keto muffins and they came out great. Keep in mind I used a keto recipe - I did not simply replace sugar with this, so I can't comment on doing that. In coffee, this dissolves super fast, even fast than granulated sugar. And because I only use a little, it doesnt have a weird taste at all. It simply tastes sweetened.
