Excellent. I ordered 4 (2*1000 and 2*1400) for our high ceiling loft flat in grey. They are simply stunning and work like a charm producing a nice ambient heat. Unlike water / oil radiators they do not need to heat to high temperatures as they heat the air directly. Very simple to install, just a few screws in your wall. The heaters are quite light so we had no problems installing directly on to plaster board / dry wall with 4 rawlplugs and standard screws. Connecting then to the WiFi and app is a great way to manage and control usage. OK so there is a bit of system to connect them but if you follow each step it works! 1. Turn all heaters off and add one heater at a time. 2. Download app and create account. Connect to WiFi. 3. Turn one heater on, and reset as instructed. 4. In App, add new device and follow app instructions. 4.1. It can be necessary to exit the app and manually connect your mobile to the “adax WiFi” network produced by the heater. 5. Once connected. Turn off the heater and add another by reverting to step 3. Adax plan to add smart home compatibility in autumn 2019.

I have added a second radiator to my home as I find the first one, effecient, quick to heat room and easy to control via app. The installation is straight fowsrd and quick, the onky frustration is connecting the radiators to the internet. This is not straight foward, the best way i have found is to turn off the 5ghz channel on my home hub leaving only the 2.4ghz chanell on which connects up without any issue, its easy enough to turn 5ghz back on when complete

Great purchase, well packaged, simple to install and so easy to operate the temperature control using either the programmer on the actual radiator or the WiFi app on my iPhone. I ordered the 2KW as the bar room I’m using it in is approx 3x5 metres and this warms it up very nicely. I turn it down slightly after reaching room temp of 20 degs and it keeps the room space nice and warm thereafter. also looks stylish and modern for an electric radiator, so pleased with this, good quality and value for money, can highly recommend!

Constant server issues and smart features often just don’t work. Spend more and get something more reliable

The heater arrived well packaged as expected, the packaging aiding installation. Installation took 30 minutes and it is working quitely and unobtrusively. The WiFi connectivity was straight forward following instructions. It is easy to control using the Adax app and more importantly Alexa, simply adding the Adax skill. Very pleased with the heater and considering more. Would recommend without hesitation

I normally don't write reviews and this heater is so much better than the old electric ones I had. No more smell of dust and they have WiFi/Bluetooth you can easily schedule them to turn on and off when you want. Oh and customer service was just fantastic!

Item is small and neat, stylish. Easy to install, 4 small screws to hold bracket. Box was not damaged, but bracket was bent, trapping cable. Thin metal so easy to bend back into shape, but locking clip now a bit temperamental. Cannot comment on remote control, do not use it. Only used once so far, heat seems to be quite low, considering it is supposed to be 2000w.

This was to replace a heater that was looking very tired. It took less than 10 minutes to install and connect to my wi-fi. Working flawlessly.
