I've been using this stick regularly and am happy to say it works for me. It helps with muscle soreness from working out, and it's helped ease the cronic tension in my traps and neck muscles.One more: It's a little rough when applied directly to the skin. It feels like an exfoliatant. Folks with very sensitive skin may want to rub the stick on their palms and then apply to their body.

Great idea product is useful but once the rollerball is wet it does not spread very easily.

This is so nice to massage and rub after a rough workout or vigorous exercise. Really left my skin feeling smooth and didn’t try out the skin after use in the shower too. Only con is it feels like you’re using up a lot of product pretty quickly.

I love the smell. Using the Salt stick in the shower is brilliant. Finally a reasonable product that works well. Plus the salt container is solid for easy use and storage. And what a fabulous color!
