There is no smell from the trap.

will this catch fleas?

YES. But only if they hop thru. Traps placed along baseboards catch anything that "travels" a pattern. Spiders, roaches, also ants, usually cross paths with one of our traps in the dark. FLEA however don't follow paths but just hop aimlessly. BETTER TO USE FLEA CONTACT PAPER LAID OUT IN THE OPEN.

Is the glue flammable? I have them on wall/floor around my bathroom radiator. Glue on top ones melting onto radiator.

I don’t think so, I also have under the radiator for years and I never had any problems

Has any one used for bed bugs?
