The media could not be loaded. As a dog owner, I'm always on the lookout for effective training tools that are gentle and safe for my pup. The Eladyne Ultrasonic Dog Bark Deterrent has been amazing for me so far. It is very easy and comfortable to hold and it also comes with a wrist strap to use with it! I also love how it has a lock feature with the two frequency modes so you don't have to worry about accidentally hitting a button. Every dog is different but with my 9 month rescue dog, this product is effective in redirecting her away from bad behavior. Everyone should know that with any training tool (Ultrasonic, e collar, etc), it doesn't train 100%, it redirects behavior so you can reward after for good behavior. My pup is a stubborn little girl and every time we go outside I often struggle getting her attention if there is another dog or a scent in the grass. I have been through many treats including chicken and nothing will get her attention. A quick press of the ultrasonic button on this device has worked like magic in getting her to snap out of bad behavior and look at me. This has been very beneficial in her training. I have noticed that after prolonged use, she now is somewhat used to the sound, which can happen with every training tool. I would recommend to only use the sound when needed and in short presses. This device also comes with a flashlight as well as a strobe+ultrasonic button which is AMAZING when we go outside in the dark!

Stops the dogs from barking or misbehaving for a brief moment, then they go right back to what they were doing.

This is a fantastic training device. My dog is a barker. We have a chain-link fence and anything that moved. He would charge at and bark. One quick push of the button, stopped him from barking immediately. Within a couple months, I was able to verbally remind him not to bark and not need to use the device as frequently. I found the directions very clear, the device was easy to use, and the battery lasted a long time in between charges.

this thing does work first time i tried it was on my two neighbors german sheps who love to run up to the fence barking,hit the botton once they both ran up to the house and wanted in.now i have a german shep 90 lbs who loves to dig,this seems to have helped this with him,hes very stuborn so it has taken a little work using this but if hes real determend or excited this doesnt work like a shock collar as being effective but it is useful,however dont hold it right up to his ear i wouldnt recomend or real close i have noticed some slight shaking his head.he lunges at cars on a leash when out walking this somewhat helps but not entirely and prob will need his shock copllar to break him of that

Moved to a new house and have lots of new sounds and smells for my two dogs. I found that after a while when they are bored outside they begin to bark. I do have a collar with a remote that works well, but I always forget to charge it and the dogs are so smart that they have mostly stopped the behavior I didn't like. So I have a 2 year old giant golden doodle and a tiny weenie dog that is about 10 weeks old. When they start yapping I use this from inside the house and it stops. It doesn't seem to hurt them, as much as make them a bit confused and stop what they are doing. I have no doubt that after a few weeks I won't even need to use this because the dogs seem to be so smart and in general aim to please (especially the doodle). Great product, does what it is supposed to!
