Great customer service
The monitor worked well and it was easy to connect to the laptop. The customer service is great. After few months I bought the monitor, I changed my laptop, which unfortunately is not compatible with the monitor (apparently the monitor is not compatible with USB-C Thunderbolt 4 ports). I contacted the customer service and they refunded the money of the monitor and let me keep the monitor. Very professional.

Died after 90 days, ZERO support available from seller
Great unit, worked well for the short 90 days it was alive. Have swapped cords, swapped computers, the display works, but starts to flicker, then goes dark. It is a hardware defect and there is ZERO support or warranty coverage I can find. Avoid purchasing.
