Q: My noismaker died after 2 days, is there anywhere i can get a replacement?

Amazon sells some replacements for the kitty toy.

Q: Does anyone know how to get the battery compartment open? The screw just turns and turns and it won't open.

It’s made in China and anything with a battery compartment coming from there has this issue!! I think it’s a ploy to get people to buy another product when they can’t open the battery compartment due to tiny screws that a regular screwdriver can’t fit.

Q: Won't work when i put batteries in. it does the initial put noise to let you know the batteries are in. but then nothing helps when i press the button

If you hold the button it turns off just a quick push turns it on
