I've had to try numerous different berberine supplements because even though they list the same ingredients they definitely don't all work. This one was a winner. It's a strong potency and can lead to stomach discomfort, but I've learned it only does that when I'm eating a high sugar or unhealthy food. This is made to regulate blood sugar and help burn fat so you need to eat right while taking it. But it has helped me lose actual fat and not just muscle mass. It works!

This product is taking Berberine to a whole other level with other ingredients that further maintain glucose control and suppresses my desire to eat more sweets. I notice less bloating and I even sleep better on it. Not sure if that's a coincidence but when I'm not taking it, I feel more restless. Quite pleased with this brand!
