Great case combo. No need for the power supply if you already have the 27 watt Raspberry Pi power supply. The fan / heatsync are the official ones. The Hat is supported no issues. Very sturdy substantial case.

This is great. Fits together well. The m.2 NVMe HAT attaches easily and running the little ribbon cable is no problem. NVMe makes a HUGE difference and is the only way you should be running a Pi 5 in most circumstances. 830MB/sec read with a Crucial P3 Plus. Blazing fast, and more stable than USB drives. All external ports are accessible with this case. I like that it comes with the official Pi 5 cooler, at least you know it meets basic quality standards. I did not use the power supply it came with because I had ordered a basic Pi kit from CanaKit and it came with one of their USB-C power supplies. Not sure it includes detailed assembly instructions: 1. fit cooler to Pi 5 2. fit ribbon cable to m.2 HAT 3. attach HAT to Pi 5 and attach ribbon cable to Pi 5 (however this works for you) 4. Insert long standoffs between Pi 5 and HAT, screw HAT down with black screws, screw Pi up with short standoffs 5. Screw short standoffs to bottom of case with black screws 6. Screw top of case on with black screws

This is a ideal small metal case with a NVRAM hat that just works. A bit of a intricate assembly, but take your time, the results are great with a PI 5, runs cool, OS is very fast (Ubuntu 24.04).

I have used this little computer with an additional NVME drive daily. It is amazing what it can do. Sure it does have limitations, but if you're just reading email, surfing the web, and checking your socials. This is all you need. The wifi doesn't work with windows 11 for some odd reason, so stick with a Linux install. I will be upgrading to the 16G version shortly, and this one will become a NAS drive.

Quality materials. Reasonable price. Easy assembly. Great kit!

The good: The case is metal, solid and all of the components fit well. There seems to be adequate ventilation. The fan snapped in place easily and seems to work well too. The bad: The power supply is GARBAGE. From the very first use, the R-Pi 5 motherboard posted warnings about inadequate power. I also installed multiple OSes wondering if the warning was related to an OS. Nope. This is clearly a hardware issue. The power supply does not supply adequate power. The predicament: I like the case. I like it a lot. I don't want to return the case. I'd like a power supply that works!

This works great, but be careful because I've learned that not all NVMe drives work with the PI 5. I originally bought a 2 TB WE_BLACK SN850X NVMe. It didn't work with this case after hours of experimentation. I filed to return the GreekPi case. Afterwards, I found a blog post that said these WD drives don't work with the Pi 5! It's something to do with the PCIE interface formats or something., I don't understand and I don't want to understand. The blog post recommended Crucial drives. I ordered a 2 2 TB Crucial CT2000P3SSD8 and that works splendidly, and is much cheaper. I cancelled my return request for the case and I'm returning the WD NVMe drive. Hopes this helps. Had it for a year, very pleased. Solid construction, NMVe hat works without issues. I don't keep it in sunlight, but I have had no issues with cooling either. I see there are more budget-friendly options now, but I don't regret this purchase at all.

This is a fantastic bundle! The Raspberry Pi 5 fits perfectly and all ports are open and available for use. The NVMe adapter works well and I am now booting from it. You may need to buy an NVMe to USB adapter in order to flash your NVMe memory. The fan works well. Overall I'm very happy with this.

I have worked in the electronics industry for over 50 years and I was really impressed with this case and NVMe board. The parts all fit together perfectly and they include spare screws, spacers and flex board. It is well designed with attention to cooling and functionality. I would highly recommend this item.

This kit had everything I needed in one box, which saved me from ordering parts separately. The metal case is solid and feels premium, and all the ports line up perfectly, including the micro HDMI, USB, Ethernet, and the SD card slot. Installing my 2280 NVMe SSD on the N04 adapter was straightforward, no soldering, just a couple of CNC screws. Boot times from the SSD are dramatically faster than my old microSD setup. The active cooler with the PWM fan keeps temperatures low even under load, I saw around 45°C during heavy tasks. The 27W USB-C power supply delivers stable power with no undervoltage warnings. Assembly took me about 20 minutes with the included instructions.

Great case. Was missing a couple parts but they got them out to me quickly with little hassle. This will really help expand your pi5. Will buy same case for any future projects.
