This bench is awesome addition to my home gym. It is sturdy, comfortable, and incredibly easy to put together. I love that it includes stretch bands. My kids and I all love this bench and have so much fun working out in the garage/gym together. Great value for the price!

Setup was very easy/intuitive. The base really needs to be wider, as it wobbles side-to-side under use. I would not recommend this for any significant weight.Pros: Very easy and intuitive setup. Seat height is comfortable.Cons: Unstable. Base is too narrow at under 11".Misleading: Much smaller than the ad picture implies. I've included a pic of my men's size-10 shoe next to the bench, and unless the actor has a woman's size-5 shoe, the advertisement must be photo-shopped.Returning due to instability and misleading advertisement.

Starting to build out my home gym and this bench is a great addition. No real assembly required when opening and the resistance bands are nice addition. Multiple positions are nice and work well with dumbbell workouts.
