Great solution for my dad
I bought these for my dad, and they’ve been a real help. He says they’re comfortable, and they look and feel just like regular underwear. The lightweight material is breathable, and the pad does a good job managing light leaks without adding bulk. It’s nice knowing he feels more secure going about his day. The only thing is that the sizing runs a bit small. I ordered a size up based on the reviews, and it turned out to be the right choice. Overall, they’ve made a positive difference for him—he’s happy with the fit and the performance.

good value for money
these briefs are good value for money, but dependent on your level of incontinence you may find that the pads are insufficient. I am in the latest stages of prostate cancer and when I think I finished, I found out I haven’t and often there is significant “dribble” when I took things away, these briefs to cope up to a point, but I now buy the more expensive ones which have a bigger pad. But I would recommend these to anybody who just has a small problem.

Wry poor absorbency, need to change 2 or 3 times a day for comfort. Sorry would Not recommend as suitable for mild incontinence.

Very comfortable and effective. Extremely easy to wash and dry quickly. Wish I had found them earlier rather than using separate pads

La taille ne correspond pas ,je mets du L; mais vu les commentaires ,j'ai pris du XL beaucoup trop grand ,j'ai repris du L et là il me va comme un gant; et comme on ne peut renvoyer les sous vêtements c'est pour ma pomme !
