Does not work. I tried to jumpstart a day cab Freightliner and NOTHING! The truck had only been sitting two days in the cold so what should have been an easy jump turned out to be very difficult. I thought I did not follow the directions properly so I went through step by step and did it again and again it did NOTHING AGAIN! The cables are cheap and they cannot take a 24 volt jump. Save your money this is not the one.

A lucky gift to my son. His car battery died 2 weeks latter and he had to use it several times before he could the battery he wanted. He is very happy with it.

See if any phone numbers will work for a return on their "two year warranty" None did for me . If you buy, make sure it charges fully. If it doesn’t send it back. My husband ordered this jump starter to use on his equipment in July 2025. When he got it we noticed it only charged half the battery and would not charge the other half. Unfortunately he did not realize that meant it was not good and because of health issues, did not get back to look at again until Sept. Now too late to return to Amazon but it has a 2year warranty with Gallaway. I haven't been able to find any return info and their website keeps telling me the server cannot connect and I can't find a working phone number on their website .

Jumper cable could've been longer but it did the job. Manufacturer could've supplied a carrying bag but it didn't come with it. So I kept the original shipping box to store the product it in. Though its about a car battery size, it is very light. This thing jump started my DD15 Freightliner Cascadia without any issues.

Arrived in timely manner, however not the best quality. The stickers on two sides were wrinkled and not in new condition. Seems to hold a charge, but have only used to start a pickup and a skid steer. Upon the jumpstart with the pickup the charge dropped about 75% and the the skid steer jump it dropped about 50%. Recharges didn’t seem to take to long, but you are not going to jumpstart multiple vehicles before needing this to sit and recharge.

Excellent product all car owners should hv one. Speech less it work effortlessly. Damn good product
