I am sooooo glad I did not listen to the negative reviews!!! This cup is beautiful and so nice. It is made of quality materials and packaged extremely well. The warming plate is made to keep your coffee as hot as possible throughout the day, it is not made to heat your coffee. The cup is not huge so it should not take that long to drink the coffee while hot if it was hot when it was put on the warmer. The center of the warmer where your cup goes is the hottest part as it should be. There is a circle to show where to put your cup. The cup has a top to keep the heat in your drink and the warmer plate has a light that goes on and off as you lift your cup off the warmer, along with a on/off switch if needed. I have purchased 3 of these cups...1 for me and 2 as gifts for others. I am extremely happy with the purchase and Paris Hilton should be proud of her product.

Update: after the first washing I realize that the lettering on the cup is a sticker. And it doesn't like the hot temperature that I have my water heater set too so it is peeling. This does not take any stars off for me because I don't really care for the same anyway and I'm just going to peel it all off and have a plain pink mug but it might make a difference to other people. Still the best warmer I have ever had does not matter what kind of coffee cup you put on it it all stays way hotter than any other warmer I've ever had!Best warmer I've ever had! Even better than my Mr Coffee one which was pretty darn good. This one heats up even my thickest mugs especially if you put the ceramic top on which fits almost all of my mugs. The one thing that I can say about the cup it's super cute the color changing works just fine but I don't know what this thing is made out of but it conducts heat extremely well! Which means if you ever do put it in the microwave don't touch it with your bare hands it got so hot on just one minute of warming it up that I'm going to end up with a blister on my finger. I had a towel doubled up in order to be able to move it to my desk so that it could cool down. I've read a lot of reviews about how people are saying that the warmer doesn't work but as somebody who got one that does I can say that if yours doesn't then return it and get a different one because this thing is amazing!

Love this mug! However, learned the very hard way that it is indeed non microwaveable. DO NOT microwave this cup and grab the handle because you will SCALD yourself.

Doesn't keep beverage warm enough. Easy to use. Cute product.

This cup is adorable and the lid is a handy addition but the cup heater is pretty useless. The surface of the heater gets quite hot but it doesn't transfer well into the cup... probably because it's tall rather than wide.

Love this mug! Love Paris Hilton and I love that it keeps my tea warm.

Cute. Says on bottom of cup do not hand wash and the sticker won’t come off as long as you follow that. It keeps a drink warm doesn’t heat it itself. I didn’t know that but now I know.

It worked perfectly for ONE DAY!!!!!!! It was hot not warm… and NOW IT DOESNT WORK AT ALL!!!! I am so mad because this isn’t durable or reliable at all. It should’ve been $5 because it’s cheap!!!!
