Perfect
I was looking for something that wasn’t too hot and this sweatshirt is perfect. It’s really thin, great for spring and fall and isn’t itchy like fleece can be. Wish I could get it in different colors!

Trendy Basics at a great price
I'm a huge fan of American Apparel's clothing, and an even bigger fan of being able to get their stuff cheaper here on Amazon :) This top fits perfectly, it's very soft and cozy, and I wear it all the time.

I've had a couple of these sweatshirts over the year, with this the first AA item I got through Amazon. I was happy to see that the product quality was the same, identical to my others. Also arrived quickly. I recommend this sweatshirt and seller!

Super comfy. Doesn’t pill and can be dressed up or down. Wash it in cold water as mine did shrink when I washed/dried it.

Very lightweight, not to be used to keep warm.
Color selected that was shown, was not color I received. It is almost see through material, so definitely not used to stay warm. But, the fit is awesome! I actually love it, just not the color or material I was expecting

Be Aware, Not 'Sweatshop Free, Made In Los Angeles', as with most American Apparel
hi ~ i have had this shirt in blue for years; i love it + wear it often. i decided to buy it in red, american apparel site now links to amazon for purchase.item i received has 'made in honduras' tag + is made of cheaper material than the original shirt i have; research let me learn that once aa declared bankruptcy, a company called gildan took over + this shirt is from that era. some articles suggest that gilden's overseas factories have fair labor practices, others suggest that they do not.on the bright side, this research allowed me to learn that the original american apparel owner has created a company called 'los angeles apparel' with very cute styles, good quality fabric, generous pay + good conditions for laborers, where i will shop for basics from now on.
