I tried theses tree climbing gear kit . It took me a bit to get use to . Only thing it don’t come with is a helmet. Every once in a while I have to climb tree to cut some branches down . For the price it works well . Does what there designed to do climb trees . I would recommend

I’ll start by saying that we don’t climb trees often, but we have several hundred on our property so sometimes there’s a need that won’t wait (or that’s not worth the price) for the arborist. So having this set is a convenience. It has everything we need including safety gear. The only thing it doesn’t have is a helmet, which makes sense because everyone’s head is different and your helmet should have an excellent fit if you want it to actually protect your head. We’ve tried it out, and it works great so the next time there’s a big wind and there are branches that need to be brought down, we’ll have it covered even if the arborist can’t book us.
