Just didn't work
Review of: MQ Ear Candles,20 Pcs Ear Wax Remover All Natural Ear Candles Beeswax Candling Cones with 10 Protective Disks (Beige)Ear candling was something I was introduced to many years ago. At that time there were only a couple of providers of the candles and they were really expensive. Now there is a lot of choice available. These candles are much much lighter than I am used to. They are also more “open” – with a wide tip. The plastic end confuses me – the idea is that wax from the ears is drawn up into the candle, yet the plastic end will prevent this. I also worry that one of the ends felt loose and could come off.The candles burn with quite a large flame (again larger than I have seen before) and I would suggest that you should NOT do this on yourself as a result (in fairness the guidance states this). There is also quite a lot of ash so using the guards is recommended (again, I’ve not needed these with other candles).I bit the bullet and tried these out and they did nothing. They did not draw anything out of the ear (and there was was to draw out) and there was no sense of release like with the original candles. Not recommended.ALTHOUGH I RECEIVED THIS PRODUCT FOR FREE VIA THE AMAZON "VINE" PROGRAMME, I VALUE MY INTEGRITY SO ALWAYS GIVE HONEST, UNBIASED OPINIONS.FOR ME:A 4* PRODUCT IS GOOD - It does everything it says it should.A 5* PRODUCT IS EXCELLENT – It does everything it should and MORE or PARTICULARLY WELL or is EXCELLENT VALUELOWER STAR RATINGS ARE GIVEN WHERE THERE IS A FLAW, A DESCRIPTION IS MISLEADING or THERE IS ANOTHER ISSUE WHICH WILL BE CLEARLY STATED.

For safety best if someone helps
These was ok, took me a while to use them as I was very unsure on doing it all myself so waited until I had someone to help me out, didn’t notice a huge difference but that could be because I’ve only used twice

Good Quality Ear Candles - Quite narrow compared to some other brands
These are good quality ear candles with clear instructions (if a little odd in translation)They come with cue tips for cleaning the outer ear and a silver disc to protect the ear/face which is good as some brands you have to use some kitchen foil.As long as you follow the instructions and have a glass of water to hand, they are easy to use.I am not sure how they work and I always think that the residue in the bottom of the candle is the beeswax on the candle that has melted down. These ear candles are really good value for money at the retail price of £5.99

Very poor quality
I was intrigued to try these ear candles having only used traditional well know brands previously. Firstly they arrived loose in cardboard packaging meaning that any essential oils scent and benefit had been totally lost. Secondly the English translation on the packaging was so poor it hardly made sense at all! As an holistic therapist I am competent in the delivery of ear candling so decided to proceed with use. The candles come with a little cardboard guard to catch any falling ash however this was very small and totally ineffective. The candles burnt at a rapid rate (less than 4 minutes in total) with a large, almost unmanageable, flame that created lots of ash and was very difficult to blow out. Please be sure to have a glass of water at hand to dip the candles into to extinguish after use. My husband and I both tried the candles and there was no sense of warm, relaxing crackling sounds like other brands. Once used and unwrapped the candles were full of ash but had no evidence of ear wax or other impurities removed. To be honest I fail to see how the 'cyclone effect' could work anyway with the plastic tip present.Very disappointing, don't waste your money on these cheap brands, go for the original.

A self care treat
I've always been a little uncertain about these candles and a quick search online does suggest that they are more of a holistic method of clearing your ears. I'm glad to have been familiar with the instructions/method of using an ear candle before getting this set, as the box didn't have very clear instructions, in poorly translated English, with very minimal guidance. My husband and I tried these tonight and were impressed with what we found inside once the burning had finished. We were a bit skeptical following our web search so we burned one without putting it in an ear and found that the same kind of junk was in there too!I'm not sure they pull wax out like they claim to, but I must say, my ears do feel better (writing this review immediately after use) and I found the experience to be quite relaxing. This seems to be a nice treat for self care, rather than for medical purposes.

Nettoyer
The media could not be loaded.

Efficace
The media could not be loaded.
