Vivere Dream Series Replacement Cushion (Orange Zest)

I Purchased this to replace the original which has Weathered through a few summers and looks terrible, this was a breath of fresh air, better padding than what I originally had also I’d like the Velcro straps instead of the original which had tiedowns. I was pleased to see that there was something that would fit this banana chair. Hoping that it will the better in the outdoors then my other one Very pleased

So disappointed in the quality of this replacement pad for our hammock chair. I purchased this in the spring and it arrived just before we left Arizona for the summer months so I just kept it in the box. We just arrived back for the winter and took the patio furniture out of summer storage to find this is nothing like the original cushion. The pillow is tiny and the cushion is barely an inch thick, not the over 2” stated in description. NOT AS DESCRIBED!!!

I have replaced this cushion once before about 3 years ago and it matched the original perfectly. This time, however, the cushion came in a small box and was vacuum sealed, I presume to facilitate shipping in a smaller package. The instructions state that you should let the cushion expand over 24 hours. Several days later this cushion still looks the same, flat and creased where it was folded in the package. The quality has really suffered in the past several years.

I just opened this item from an order I did in February and it is dirty! It has been repacked and sent to me as new! The return window closed in March now it seems I'm stuck with a dirty used pillow!
