To begin with it arrived early ,the box that it came in had a little damaged to the box but to my surprise it was a box inside a box very well done, and as I began opening it up every additional item was also securely wrapped with bubble wrap and taped, all items that were to be included were in fact in the box. As I was putting it in a concrete base the plastic tube was used by pouring the concrete around it, the following day I inserted the actual pole a attached the flags, I have only complaint I wish there would have been four clips to attach the flags instead of having to use one clip with two flags, and small clip used to attach them are just throw them away and buy a better quality pieces, very satisfied with my purchase

Works well

It took a while to understand the operation of this pole. I thought the rings at each joint moved to lock/unlock sections. In reality it requires holding the lower section while twisting the pole above. The single page instructions are very inadequate. The first time I extended the pole to the fullest length the pole was bent at the joints. I lowered the pole and discovered each section has exterior bumps to keep the pole from overextending. I measured and marked each joint 6" from their lower end. I then extended the pole to my marked settings and pole is still 29'+. Looks great and no bends. I also used the flag hooks from my old pole. The hooks included with pole are small and look fragile. The American flag included in very thin, cheap flag. I'll give it to grandchild for interior display. It wouldn't last 2 months here in Florida wind. The pole looks like it is well made. Everything else included is inferior made and I will not be using. My old solar light and ball top were easily attached to new pole. The pole is worth the price paid. I'll need time to evaluate the pole months down the road. The pole replaced wias 10 years old and the push button locking mechanism was failing.

Flag pole came in a nice box so all good there. However, when trying to take apart the flag pole extensions, it was impossible. I even tried to pry it out with a flat head screw driver and the pictures shows the results. We ended up banging the pole on the ground for roughly 20 minutes before the pole finally flew out. Poor packaging design. Once you actually get the poles apart and set up the flag pole, it is great, just getting there is the tough part

Our other flag poll blew over in a high wind. So, I read about different flag polls and this one sounded great for the money. It's great!! My husband had it up in about 20 mins and it's been flying old glory ever since. It's easy to put up and down every day. He used cement for the base so it holds strong. Has been holding up with the high winds down here in Florida. Very happy with it. Poll is strong and hasn't had any problems bending.

Sections fit together easily. Looks good.

Will stay locked had to install self tapers to keep up.
