This box contains an assortment of branded athlete goods, such as gels, bars, powders, and a drink for energy and electrolytes. I'm not a fan of the protein bar, but the gels and powders were good and useful for my workouts. It's nice to get as a first-time thing but I don't see myself getting this again but instead getting the stuff that I did enjoy.

Some really great products I had never tried before!
The media could not be loaded. I’ve got this to prep ahead of my marathon. I’ve been looking to improve my race nutrition for before, during and after the event. This has given me some real inspo and ideas for where I can level up! I can also work out what works, and what doesn’t work for me. Wins all round.
