Instructions are clear to follow. I have used this pen twice now and have seen great results with it. The needles are easy to find if you are out of it but it's worth the value

The first one I received would not charge, so the motor wouldn't run. The seller repeatedly tried to help, which I appreciate. I ended up just returning it via Amazon for a replacement, which came quickly. It runs well, but one thing you have to know is do not skimp on the hyaluronic acid- you really need that slip on the skin so that the needles don't snag or skip, which then causes the motor to jam. I found the best way is to numb the whole face then work in sections applying HA, needling in all directions, then moving to the next. I have used the 36 and 16 at 2.5, and the nano needles just to see what they do. With a bit of lidocaine it all just feels like what I imagine an electric razor with dull blades would feel like on the face. The nano cartridge just feels like a mild sandpaper. Giving it 5 stars because the seller was great and the item physically works, now. Will it help my skin? That remains to be seen. I've had morpheus8 which I loved, but I don't want any more RF because of facial fat loss. Plus I'm broke 😅. Fingers crossed.Oh yes-- the key after the process is keeping your skin so moisturized. Use a healing ointment if you have one.

I just purchased this microneedling pen and was very excited to have one. I opened it up and checked to make sure it was in good condition. Well, before I could take out the charging package I noticed the pen had stains on it. Then I looked inside and saw a Grease like substance. I'm not sure if someone had this pen before me and returned it, but that's what it appeared to have happen. So I charged it up and the setting was already set to 3 and the depth of the needle setting was already at 2.5. So, I'm returning it and is getting my money back. I chose this pen because of the led lights that help with certain skin conditions but I wont be able to experience this pen in particular. Very disappointed and paid a lot for this to be my experience with a "Brand New" microneedling pen.

Love this pen! I have used it twice with 36 pins and my skin looks so much improved on my large pores and skin tones already. Very satisfied!! 10/10

Taking it slow but so far I'm up to the 36 pins head and no pain at all on arm or face. Ordered a numbing cream but im nit sure it did anything and yet no pain at full extension and speed.Lights all seem to work I just cycle through each one as they all have some type of benefit. Will be trying the 42 pin this weekend and will update if any significant healing or pain but so far it's just a little redness that goes away in a couple days yet no pain woth it.

My face looks worse after than before and then this is not my 1st time using Micro needling. The needles are very wide and have left slice marks all over my face

Came in I tried to use it and it literally does not turn on the only thing that turns on are the LED lights. I’ve charged it. Let it sit overnight nothing do not buy trying to return it and they’re only giving me half of my money back ridiculous. Would never recommend this product.
