I used this item 2 days. (2x a day in the morning and evening) it’s broken now. It won’t burn. Won’t hold a charge and the inside of it looks like some of the plastic melted off so it doesn’t stay in place.

The media could not be loaded.  Product heats up less than a minute is this normal or it's a product malfunctioning?

I fully charged I searched videos of the how used try to avoid the possible mistakes and nothing this thing stopped working after a 2 seconds turn on. This’s completely joke.

Worst product ever worked like one time and returns are complicated. I tossed it in the trash can.
