The warmer could not be assembled due a defect. They are sending me a replacement I will give details when I get the replacement and assemble it.

The quality is outstanding and it keeps food warm for hours. All stainless steel and easy to assemble. It has been a perfect addition to my backyard patio setup!

This outdoor steam table is not only all metal but it is built very well and holds and steams food better than I had expected. The temperature is easily maintained and there is no water leakage from the pan inserts. This has great functionality and it is easy to use. It is very heavy and it wasn’t hard to assemble but once it was it has really been a game changer for my outdoor food experience buffet at our family gathering. Everyone liked that the food was warm and fresh. Great value for the money two thumbs up!

This propane steam table it's very misleading when I talk to the company it said that it holds quarter serving trays it does not buyer beware

It's all stainless steel and the finished assembly looks pretty good. The legs slide into the upper section without any bolts to retain them. The lower shelf has four bolts that go through the legs and are easy to remove. Two of the four legs have locking casters. The trays and lids arrive well protected and had no dents or scratches. They fit loosely enough in the lower section allowing for easy removal in a busy kitchen. The gas valve has an electronic igniter and seems to work consistently. The upper tray carrier and its three trays can be reversed easily for storage as shown in my images. The instructions are so bad they could have left them out and one could assemble based on intuition alone. Overall, it's a decent piece of equipment that would likely work well in a food truck or trailer where propane is common. If you're serious about feeding your little league team or church group, this would be a good way to keep things hot. It will disassemble to the component pieces fairly easily or at least made more compact for storage or movement. It should last quite a while with proper care.
