SPIN Tools SSPIN300 Swaging Spin

When I purchased these tools there were not many reviews and the description wasn’t very clear. These things are an incredible invention. Choose the tool that matches the size swage you need to create, insert it into a cordless drill and press it against the end of the line you want to swage while operating the tool at its maximum speed. Do not use any lubrication on these tools. Firmly press the tool into the line and you will see it start to swell, the tool will stop swelling the line when it hits the metal flange. Make sure you are not holding the line close to the end, this tool gets the line very hot and will easily burn your hand also make sure not to angle the piece being swaged or the drill, this will cause you to get a bigger swage than you intended.

I have no complaints about these tools. I use them daily for my job and they work fast effiently on every swagg.

Awesome product

I have used the hydraulic and lever style for years. These things are awesome. The 3/8" is my favorite because my current expander was bad about spiting the copper. This tool also makes a deeper swage than the hilmor.

Ummm, It does work! But I rather use it for emergencies only. Not impressed with it! :(

This was a gift to my son who owns a refrigeration company and he says that it is excellent and does the job.

I use makita cordless 18v and works great! Careful piping gets hot, use gloves
