I have taken this product for two and a half weeks. Not only have I not lost any weight, I have gained some weight. I am unable to get a refund so i have to eat my loss in money and have a bottle and a half that I have to throw away. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Have been using for a few days - product seems to help curb appetite. I have more energy and the product taste is good. I started a reduced calorie intake twice a week, increased protein and fiber intake. So far so good. No side affects noted.
