These vests are great! I bought this so I could walk laps around our neighborhood at night. It is so light weight, I don't know I have it on. The bands are super bright. The pic was taken in the house and it wasn't that dark). I ordered a large (because I am 😁) and zipped up, it's snug! We live in a hot climate so I wasn't worried about wearing a heavy jacket under it. I recommend putting on your jacket, then measure the widest part of you. I think their chart is pretty accurate. My stomach/upper hip measures 46"and the chart says 45" for a large - that doesn't leave any extra room. (Obviously I didn't pre-measure 🤣) so I'm passing my experience on to you. These are well made. I may buy another to keep in my car.

Love the elastic!
I’m female, and had trouble with the ill-fitting safety vests supplied by my employer. Typical safety vests are not made for anyone with curves, and women-specific safety vests tend to be speedy. I was so extremely happy to get this vest with elastic sides, it was cost effective and stretches to allow for different body types.

Good vest over all. They do run a size small I have ordered 5 or 6 of these for people at work all sizes so far are 1 small. ex: I wear a XL needed a 2XL to fit without being tight. also if you wear it around stuff that runs off motion sensors (sinks, doors, even the water bottle sensor of the ice machine) the vest will turn them on as you walk by! all the sinks come on when I walk through our bathroom! LOL
