I wish I could give these a higher rating. They seem to be made of good quality materials. They feel sturdy and the blades while thin feel like they could take some abuse. Unfortunately, even though these are roughly the same size as the blade I already have on my commercial chopper they don't fit. The holes don't line up so I can't use them, it's a big disappointment for me, I was looking forward to being able to make different-sized fries.

This blade fit my industrial potato cutter perfectly and makes wonderfully delicious shoestring French fries! Absolutely awesome product!
