Homeowner here. I’ve the years I’ve had 3 gas powered pressure washers. They always had motor problems, were heavy, loud and smelly. The Greenworks 2700PSI is exactly what I’ve been missing for all these years. Light, quiet and very easy to handle while being powerful. Does a great job especially with the driveway surface cleaning attachment. If you’re in the market, don’t hesitate - this is a quality tool.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Great product! Did my research and this product was the winner! More importantly, their customer support is excellent!! The first time I used the unit I had to contact customer support because it kept shutting down every few minutes. They had a callback option so I did not have to wait on the line and the support person who contacted me was excellent! After some quick troubleshooting she determined that I was using a 16 gauge extension cord when I should have been using a heavier 12 gauge because of the draw from the motor. Problem solved!! Pressure: Provides adequate pressure for tough jobs Value for money: It wasn’t the cheapest product, but overall features and quality components is what sold me. Noise level: Being electric, it is not very noise at all. Ease of assembly: The unit comes mostly assembled and instructions were clear and concise. Cleaning power: Definitely gets the job done. Works well: Great features to tackle any job.

Pretty disappointed in the pressure washer. Bought this after doing some research and thought I had found the best pressure washer for the money. Boy was I wrong! I was willing to spend the extra money and get something that was advertised as a quality product. When I received my pressure washer it was packaged correctly and easy to put together. It worked great for the first two uses. I have never run the green works for more than 15-20 minutes at a time. After the third use it would turn off and I would have to unplug it and plug it back in to reset it (the gfci never tripped and had it on a dedicated circuit for the outlet it was plugged into) Today I used it for the the 4th time and it worked for maybe 20 minutes and stopped working. I tried everything to get it to fire up again. Changed outlets/switched to a different feed hose/let it sit thinking something that feeds cold water might have over heated. I’m really disappointed in this pressure washer and feel like I could have bought a $200 electric pressure washer and got more use out of it and I would have saved $300. Worst $500 I have spent!

Assembly was very intuitive and easy. Setup and use was equally easy. The pressure and flow of the water made for quick cleaning, I didn’t have to go over a spot several times to get it clean. It performed way better than my old 1800psi gas power washer. The length of the electric cord and the pressure hose allows for pressure washing a good distance from my house. An additional extension cord and added water hose gets any job done on the house. It is much quieter than the rival gas engines, and you don’t have to worry about stopping in the middle of a job, the washer just turns off when you release the trigger and powers back up when you resume. Would definately recommend this brand of power washer!!! You can see the line in the picture where I stopped pressure washing the driveway.

The pressure was sufficient for a brick patio, concrete driveway and washing cars, but the trigger cannot stay depressed for more than a minute without the motor cutting off. Initially it may spray up to 3min at a time, but after 3-4 times of having it cut off and having to restart it with the power button on the machine, you won’t get much more than 1 minute of spraying at a time. This makes for a fun game of either trying to count in your head and releasing the handle before it cuts off, running it till it cuts off automatically which requires about a 30-second pause before you can restart it. This is on AND off an extension cord, and multiple outlets. Water pressure to the machine is sufficient and wouldn’t explain it getting worse over a session. Contacted Greenworks and they sent a new unit. Some of the complaints in these reviews are addressed with the replacement. There’s an actual grooved holder and different wand that hold the wand in place far better. The hose is blue (not black like this one from Amazon) and lighter weight. However, the exact same problem exists with the brand new unit. This model also does not fall under their “Haul-Away” coverage, so now I have 2 nearly identical pressure washers that run 1-minute at a time. Probably not worth the buy unless you plan to spray in short bursts which is not typical of a medium or large sized project. Also, I cannot find this specific model on the Greenworks Tools site, which was an issue when trying to register the product. I had to call and provide a serial number instead.
