My boyfriend needed this because he had cataract surgery. No one in town sold this. They only carried the black ones.

It worked pretty well for using after my cataract surgery. The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't get the strings tight enough. No matter how many knots I put in it, one side always managed to come loose.

My husband had eye surgery and had to wear this for months at night so he wouldn't rub his rye while he slept. Worked great and was comfortable.

I wanted to protect one eye after a cataract operation, and I thought this eye patch with a string to hold it in place would work better than using tape. It did hold the plastic piece in place the one night I used it, but the next morning the string had left a noticeable line indented above my left eye—and now, 3 days later, that indent is still visible. It may have an allergic component that keeps it in place. So I’ve decided I have to stick with tape..

Eye shield is the same as the doctor gave me (I lost). Perfect!

I received 2 lenses, 2 straps and a small roll of tape. I did not, however, receive any instructions on how to use these items. Very disappointing!
