The media could not be loaded. I wish I knew that this felt like an electric shock. It only auto generated if I pressed my fingers upon it. It will not turn on as I hold it in my palm. It didn’t matter whether I held it in my left or right palm. It only mattered that I lightly pressed my finger tips upon the shiny part, aluminum or metal. Not used to the sensation, it did not cause me to sleep as I only had sensation of what felt like what a light electrical shock may feel like in my fingertips that stretched out into my finger, hand, wrist, forearm. Mind & attention grabber: Absolutely 💯. But I was expecting a sleep aide. Perhaps I will be trained….

I tried several times over a couple of weeks. I don’t really know how it works because I kept falling asleep. I did not stay asleep for very long but I put it back in my left hand and I did go back to sleep. I also have akesthesia it did seem to help a very small amount.I have a TENDS unit that I have used for pain. This is certainly micro current. Or I have nerve damage in my hands. Either way it is barely a shock to me.My granddaughter does not like it. She says it is a big shock.I know this review is just my opinion. Hope it helps someone.

The sleep aid part of this device works! Love the handstrap so I don't lose it in my sleep. They have a 2nd button (long press after the first button: the first power button is for sleep). They are 2 different colors so easy to see. The energizing one hurts, like it zaps you, even at low levels. Also it's hard to find 20 mins to stay still when you are awake and need energy. Not practical. If you use it for sleep only, very effective.

I bought this for my child who is prone to overstimulation and some outbursts. He liked it and it did help him calm his body. The biggest surprise was how much I used it. I hold it in my hand while I fall asleep and it really helps me sink into a better deeper sleep.

This is just weird. I should have sent it back. It basically shocks you. Bought it for daughter’s anxiety and she said it made it worse. I’d think twice before getting it. Do some research. Not sure if I’d let small children use it.

Purchased to help with anxiety and sleep. Did not help. It is not returnable.
