Follow the instructions! The machine works!
The media could not be loaded. I thought the machine didn't work like some of the individuals who have already reviewed. The instructions and this listing both tell you that you have to get the air out of the filter. There is even a instruction video showing you how. Make sure you have a container under the spout when you follow the instructions! Because water will come out very fast 😂! Overall I am happy with this purchase! I will update the review if I need to. Please do not be hesitant to buy this because of the reviews from others who didn't read or follow the instructions!

Hole in pump
Pump came with a slight hole in it and I think that’s why I can’t get it to work. I still tried the priming pump instructions suggested in video but still no luck. Will be sending it back
